APPLICATION CONFIGURATION

Vision-Guided Robotics

Integrate 2D or 3D robot vision around presentation, lighting, calibration, accuracy, cycle time and recoverable failure cases.

BUYER DECISION

Why this project needs a complete scope

Reflective parts, occlusion, mixed orientations, unstable lighting and poor calibration can make a successful demo fail in production.

Business and production outcomes

  • Locate variable parts without rigid presentation where feasible
  • Define detection confidence and failure recovery
  • Validate accuracy and cycle before full deployment

What the review can deliver

  • Vision feasibility and sample-image review
  • Camera, lighting and calibration concept
  • Proof-of-concept and acceptance plan

What changes cost and lead time

  • 2D versus 3D sensing
  • Part complexity, surface and occlusion
  • Accuracy, cycle, computing and integration

Information that starts the review

  • Representative parts and image/sample set
  • Required pose, tolerance and cycle
  • Presentation, lighting and failure rules

FAQ

01Do you manufacture every part and integrate every system in-house?+

No. TubeFrame Automation leads requirements, selection, configuration and project coordination, while qualified manufacturing and integration partners may perform defined work packages.

02What do you need for a robot recommendation?+

Provide the workpiece drawing or photos, material, dimensions, mass, process, cycle/output, accuracy, environment, layout, utilities, safety, destination, preferred brand and budget range.

03What files can I upload?+

PDF, JPG, PNG, STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, DXF, DWG and ZIP files are accepted within the configured size limit for project evaluation.

04How quickly will you respond?+

Initial project inquiries are normally answered within 12 business hours. Technical resolution and service response times are defined in the project or order documents.
