Terms of Use

Website information, brand references, representative configurations and project review conditions.

Representative configurations

Products shown are typical or representative configurations. Availability, specifications, compatibility, certification, warranty, price and lead time are confirmed in the final quotation and project documents. A page may explain a route to source a robot, controller, welding package, fixture, positioner or component, but it does not create an offer to supply a particular configuration. The latest drawing, model revision, intended market, interfaces and delivery location are needed before a project scope can be reviewed.

How website information may be used

Technical explanations, checklists and product tables are provided to help buyers prepare an engineering or procurement inquiry. They are not a substitute for a risk assessment, machine validation, production trial, safety design, applicable legal requirement or manufacturer manual. Buyers should keep controlled drawings, process requirements and acceptance criteria current and should not rely on an archived page when a project decision depends on a current specification.

Brand references

Third-party brand names identify potential sourcing or integration routes. They do not imply official, authorized or exclusive distribution unless that status is explicitly stated with supporting evidence. Any reference to a brand, model, controller, product image or technical parameter remains subject to the manufacturer’s current documentation and the permission or relationship that applies to the requested region and transaction.

Project scope and responsibility

Manufacturing, programming, integration, installation, training and service responsibility varies by project and may involve qualified partners. The final contract and technical scope control. A quotation should state what is included, what is excluded, which party owns each technical interface, the acceptance evidence to be produced and the process for changes. No webpage statement overrides that agreed documentation.

Website availability and changes

We may revise, remove or correct website information when better source material, product revisions or business facts become available. Links to external manufacturers and industry organizations are provided for reference; their availability, content and terms are managed by those organizations. Continued use of the website means you understand these conditions and will contact TubeFrame Automation when a project needs a current written scope.
