01Can you customize a complete robot system, not only the arm?+

Yes. A project may configure the body, controller, EOAT, process package, fixtures, positioner, vision, sensors, safety, software interfaces and peripherals. Feasibility is confirmed during review.

02Do you manufacture every part and integrate every system in-house?+

No. TubeFrame Automation leads requirements, selection, configuration and project coordination, while qualified manufacturing and integration partners may perform defined work packages.

03What do you need for a robot recommendation?+

Provide the workpiece drawing or photos, material, dimensions, mass, process, cycle/output, accuracy, environment, layout, utilities, safety, destination, preferred brand and budget range.

04What files can I upload?+

PDF, JPG, PNG, STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, DXF, DWG and ZIP files are accepted within the configured size limit for project evaluation.

05How quickly will you respond?+

Initial project inquiries are normally answered within 12 business hours. Technical resolution and service response times are defined in the project or order documents.
